Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We ship via USPS and UPS. Estimated delivery times:

• Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

International Shipping We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times vary by destination, typically 10–21 business days. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at orthocelts@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
